Theatrix Costume Rental
Located in the same building as the HUB on Cannon, Theatrix Costume House is the largest supplier of costumes in North America. With over 50,000 professional-quality costumes, mascots, wigs and makeup to choose from, we cater to theatre, film and television, photography, special events and unique custom design garments.

Dual entrances include a convenient back entryway with alley access, suitable for Cube truck deliveries. A securely locked storage room ensures your items are safe.

One Time Space Booking: $75/Hour or $400/Day (8 Hours)
2 or more Space Bookings: $50/Hour or $300/Day (8 Hours)
Long Term Rental:
$30/Hour
All rentals include a 20% discount on wardrobe, with payment terms of 25% to secure the booking, and the remaining 75% due three business days before the booking date. For additional space requests or services, please inquire.

Free street parking is available in the neighborhood, alongside up to four rentable spaces out front. We are situated just 30 meters from film-friendly parking, with close proximity to more rentable, film-friendly lots and less than 10 minutes from municipal parking options.

Experience optimal comfort with our A/C air conditioning and heating, plus stay connected with fast WiFi at 502.6mbps. Our versatile kitchen space comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and service counter. Utilize our costume breakdown room for all your wardrobe needs. HMUA STYLING STATIONS
Included in your rental, our makeup and hair station can accommodate 5-7 subjects and stylists. A clothing steamer is available on-site for an extra charge, along with 2 clothes racks included in the rental.
EXTRA OFFERINGS
Dive into our collection of over 50,000 wardrobe pieces and accessories, with a 20% discount for renters. Rentable parking spaces are also available for special needs like a pottie-on-location or generator.
